I only have a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and am a journalist, but I have US patents. I am the president and founder of the 4th R Foundation, a philosophy research institute. I have quantified the mind thus I have a digital formula for all human behavior from wisdom and all of its attributes to war & peace, happiness, relationships, etc. New insights emerge by digitization. For instance, our leaders are immature when it comes to the subject of defense. War is a -2 (premature) activity. State of war is a -1 (immature) activity. Truce is a +1 (mature) activity. Peace is a +2 (super mature) activity. Every country is perpetually preparing and ever ready for war as if war is around the corner. Thus they are all always in a state of war. This means that the behavior of the leaders is immature (-1). They are always trying to achieve peace (+2) with war (-2). Can +2 ever equal -2?
