Moving children from poor neighborhoods to rich ones is a half-baked solution as to how many can be moved? Can we abandon and desert the bad sections and implant them into good sections? It is not possible. The better solution is to convert bad neighborhoods into good ones by creating better and better opportunity in all neighborhoods.

What good neighborhoods do is provide better emotional health infrastructure support to create emotionally healthier children along with improved education, sport, and social opportunities. This creates better human beings.

Emotional health is the foundation of health yet there is no testing or manual for emotional health. As a result, America remains, by and large, an emotionally challenged country. This remains a problem even in the so-called great opportunity neighborhoods.

As a result, even the rich neighborhoods are turning out emotionally challenged self-images/minds/brains where the personalities are driven by the phony belief of being the best. This sets up us Americans to feeling the best with impossible means of becoming the best. As everybody cannot be the best, especially with even the richer neighborhoods producing well-educated minds along with emotionally challenged brains.
